We offer a comprehensive portfolio of premium PVC extruded products which are used for various applications such as signage and printing, cabinet making, outdoor furniture, agriculture, RV and building materials, organized across four key sectors: PVC Sheets, PVC Trim & Moulding, Vinyl Fencing & Railing, and Vinyl Flooring.
Since 2007, we have been an innovative, worldwide supplier of PVC substrate solutions, serving diverse markets and customers. Our strategically located production bases in China and Malaysia span a total area of 140,000 square meters, ensuring robust global manufacturing capabilities.
We operate state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Zibo/Dongguan (China). This dual-hub production strategy allows us to offer flexible shipping options, mitigate international trade risks, and ensure a stable supply chain for our global clients.
Yes. Our fully-owned manufacturing facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, produces high-quality PVC and flooring products that are strictly compliant with the origin rules. Sourcing from our Malaysia plant offers our US and European clients a highly competitive, tariff-friendly alternative without compromising on quality.
Our moulding catalog covers most of the popular industry sizes and profiles. If your architectural project requires a special size or unique profile, our in-house tooling team can open a new mold specifically for you.
Our standard and most popular color is a crisp white. However, we have extensive color-matching capabilities and can produce products in brown, black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, gray, and more.
For standard products and existing colors, our MOQ is typically 1x20ft container (mixed items acceptable). For custom extrusion profiles or exact color matching, a higher MOQ or a tooling fee may apply, which we will gladly discuss based on your project volume
Yes. We have a dedicated R&D team and advanced extrusion lines to support fully customized sizes, colors, and textures for PVC sheets, mouldings, and flooring. We also offer private label packaging for wholesale distributors.
A: Standard orders typically ship within 15 to 25 days after deposit confirmation. Custom profiles or large-scale project orders may require additional time, which will be confirmed during the quoting process.
All goods are packed on heavy-duty, fumigated wooden pallets or crates. PVC sheets are protected with PE film and corner guards, while flooring and mouldings are securely packed in strong crate, shrink-wrapped, and strapped to ensure zero damage during long-distance ocean freight.
We manufacture PVC sheets with densities ranging from 0.35 g/cm³ to 0.90 g/cm³. Lighter densities are perfect for signage and display, while higher densities (0.50 g/cm³ and above) are highly recommended for cabinetry, furniture making, and exterior trimboards due to their superior screw-holding strength and rigidity.
Absolutely. Due to their closed-cell structure, our PVC sheets do not absorb water, making them the ideal material for marine cabinetry, outdoor signage, and bathroom partitions.
We manufacture products with a thickness range from 1mm up to 40mm. Our standard sheet sizes include 1220x2440mm, 1560x3050mm, 2050x3050mm, and 915x1830mm. Additionally, any sizes can be fully customized as per the customer’s specific request.
Yes, our premium PVC trimboard series features sealed edges (often referred to as a smooth finish). This prevents dirt accumulation during installation and provides a completely finished, ready-to-use look directly from the factory, saving contractors significant labor time.
Our cellular PVC trimboards are 100% moisture-resistant, rot-proof, and termite-proof. Unlike wood, they will not split, cup, or warp over time, drastically reducing maintenance costs while offering the exact aesthetic of real wood.
You can use the same high-quality fasteners typically used for wood installation. Standard nail guns perform excellently with BOTO Moulding and Trim Boards. Important Note: Never use staples, brads, or wire nails. The shanks of these fasteners are too small in diameter to adequately control the natural thermal expansion and contraction of the PVC material.
PVC expands and contracts with temperature changes. We recommend leaving a 1/8-inch expansion gap for every 18 feet of trim. Fastening the boards with stainless steel annular thread nails or specialized PVC trim screws (placed 16 inches on center) will effectively control movement.
No, BOTO Moulding and Trim Boards are non-load-bearing and cannot be used in structural applications. They are designed strictly as decorative components. For any structural requirements, proper wood or metal load-bearing components must be incorporated. Always consult with your architect or builder to determine structural needs before installation.
We provide plugs to fill the fastener holes for trimboards. You can also fill nail holes using acrylic caulk, polyurethane/urethane caulk, auto body filler, or exterior-grade vinyl spackle/painter’s putty.
No, BOTO Moulding and Trim Boards usually do not require paint for protection. However, they can be easily painted if you wish to achieve a custom color match for your project or to neatly conceal filled nail holes.
For white or light colors, we highly recommend using a premium, 100% acrylic latex paint specifically developed for trim applications. Several paint manufacturers offer exterior coatings designed exclusively for PVC trim and mouldings. For darker colors, it is crucial to use paints explicitly labeled as “vinyl safe” or “heat reflective” to prevent heat buildup.
Both. We utilize advanced co-extrusion technology on some types of fence & railing. The inner core is engineered for impact resistance and structural strength, while the outer cap layer is heavily fortified with UV inhibitors and TiO2. This dual-layer construction ensures superior performance against weathering and impact compared to standard mono-extruded profiles.
Our outdoor vinyl formulations include high-performance impact modifiers. This ensures that the fences and railings remain flexible and resist cracking or shattering even in freezing temperatures, passing rigorous cold-weather impact tests.
We offer customizable wear layers from 0.1mm (4 mil) for light residential use, up to 0.7mm (28 mil) for heavy commercial traffic. For standard commercial applications, we highly recommend our 0.5mm (20 mil) wear layer paired with a UV-cured polyurethane coating for maximum scratch and stain resistance.
Yes, our railing systems are engineered for structural integrity and are regularly tested to meet or exceed major international safety and building codes for both residential and commercial applications.
Both are 100% waterproof. SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) features a rigid core made from limestone and stabilizers, making it ultra-dense and highly resistant to impacts and heavy traffic. WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) contains a foaming agent, providing a slightly softer, more comfortable feel underfoot and enhanced sound insulation.
Many of our SPC flooring collections come with a pre-attached IXPE or EVA acoustic underlayment, which provides excellent sound reduction and walking comfort, eliminating the need for additional padding during installation.
We utilize industry-leading, patented click systems such as Unilin® Click technologies. These systems ensure a seamless, watertight joint, allowing for faster and more reliable glueless installations.
Unlike traditional hardwood or laminate, our rigid core SPC flooring requires zero to minimal acclimatization (typically 24 hours is sufficient). It is highly dimensionally stable, making it ideal for large-scale projects and immediate installations.
Yes. Our SPC and WPC flooring products are manufactured without harmful phthalates or heavy metals. They are strictly tested for VOC emissions to ensure a safe and healthy indoor environment for homes and commercial spaces.
